Damaged items or manufacturing defects: a replacement shipment or a full refund will be processed, including initial shipping charges; please attach photographic evidence.
Delivered product discrepancy: we will ship the correct item and arrange the pickup of the incorrect item at no additional charge to the customer.
Voluntary cancellation: the item must remain unopened, in its original packaging, and with intact security seals; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
For health and food safety reasons, any supplement or gel whose seal has been removed or tampered with is excluded from returns, unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

Due to express public health regulations and sanitary standards in Colombia, returns are not accepted for food supplements, powdered mixes, or body gels whose factory seals have been opened, torn, or altered after receipt.
