Nexonutricin operates as a trade name of Nexonutricin S.A.S., based at Calle 18 No. 8-43, Oficina 202, Pereira, 660002, Colombia. The selling entity's company name, tax identification, and contact channels are detailed in the Legal Notice section and on the transaction receipt. All returned products must be sent exclusively to the authorized address after processing the request; do not send items to other facilities.

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders. Nutritional formulas and gels are intended solely for personal use unless expressly authorized in writing. We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or cancel purchase orders in the event of data discrepancies, raw material stockouts, or reasonable suspicion of fraud, refunding any amounts received.

Amounts are stated in COP. Shipping fees are detailed during checkout before completing the binding purchase. In the event of an obvious numerical error in pricing, we reserve the right to correct it prior to dispatch from the warehouse, allowing the buyer to confirm the correct amount or cancel the order without penalty.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Rates for Colombia include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. For deliveries outside Colombia, import duties, tax assessments, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If customs clearance is refused, the shipment will be processed as a return, and incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Accepted payment methods are Bank transfer. Bank credentials and card details are neither processed nor stored on this domain.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

The purchase order becomes binding upon completion of the checkout process. The system will issue an electronic receipt containing the order reference. The binding contract is finalized upon physical dispatch of the preparations and issuance of the shipping confirmation. Up to that point, we may refuse fulfillment and refund the full amount charged.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

Orders with pending or failed payment transactions will not be processed for dispatch. For orders handled via cash on delivery, shipments that are refused or not collected will be returned to the origin warehouse, resulting in cancellation of the order.

Collected data is strictly limited to shipping supplements, providing technical support, and maintaining digital security, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The use of session identifiers and tracking technologies is detailed in the Cookie Policy. Both documents form part of these contractual terms.

Administer each formula or gel according to the specifications on the label, product page, and enclosed technical leaflet. Keep out of reach of children unless the formulation specifies otherwise. Product images accurately represent the retail format; screen settings may alter packaging color perception, and minor color variations do not constitute a technical defect.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Keep containers under the humidity and temperature conditions detailed on the packaging. Strictly observe the best before or expiration date stated on the seal. Recycling of empty tubs or damaged remnants must be carried out in accordance with waste regulations in your jurisdiction.

Delivery methods, estimated timeframes, and costs are detailed in the Shipping and Delivery section. Stated timeframes are calculated in business days from the dispatch date and serve as estimates. An order containing multiple items may be split into separate shipments.

We maintain custody of the supplements and preparations until actual delivery by the carrier at the designated address. Following physical receipt by the recipient or authorized person, responsibility for damage or loss transfers to the customer. If the packaging shows external damage due to transit, you must notify [email protected] within 48 hours, attaching photographic evidence. Please verify the shipping address carefully before payment: in the event of return due to an error in the destination details or failure to collect, the refund will be processed minus the incurred logistics costs.

You have 60 days from receipt to request a return for unused items in their original, unopened packaging, in accordance with our Returns and Refunds guidelines. Requesting a return authorization and sending the parcel solely to the confirmed address is required. Refunds cover the product price; initial delivery costs are only reimbursed in cases of a defective product or an error on our part, without prejudice to statutory rights of withdrawal.

Delivered products must correspond exactly to their product sheet and be free from packaging or formulation defects. In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 of Colombia, products carry a statutory warranty covering manufacturing defects, expiration prior to receipt, or irregularities in hermetic seals. The warranty does not apply if the product shows deterioration attributable to improper storage by the buyer, intentional seal breakage, or handling contrary to label instructions. If a batch fails to conform to specifications during the applicable statutory warranty period, it will be replaced, refunded, or repaired following technical review. Normal wear and tear, storage under improper conditions, or damage occurring after receipt are excluded.

Using this platform for fraudulent transactions, tampering with its software components, harvesting data from other shoppers, or posting unlawful or defamatory content is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance authorizes us to terminate access and close the relevant accounts.

We assume full liability in cases of intent, gross negligence, bodily injury, or damage to life and health, as well as in statutory mandatory cases. For other contingencies, compensation is strictly limited to foreseeable damages associated with the entered purchase agreement.

The user agrees to hold our entity harmless against any third-party claims or demands arising from non-compliance with these terms or from information submitted to the portal, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Legislation of the Republic of Colombia, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) and the jurisdiction of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. If a direct settlement regarding a dispute is not reached, the conflict may be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the supplier's registered office, without prejudice to consumers' statutory rights to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence under mandatory consumer law.

Dispatch confirmations, contractual notifications, payment receipts, and formal notices are delivered via the email address provided in the checkout form. It is the buyer's responsibility to keep this inbox active and check the spam folder; transmission of the message to that address constitutes valid notice.

We may transfer our contractual position and obligations to another entity in the event of a business transfer, guaranteeing full preservation of the buyer's rights. Customers may not assign rights arising from the purchase without prior written consent.

Any occasional failure to enforce compliance with any of these terms does not waive their validity or extinguish the right to demand strict performance in subsequent instances.

If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force, with the affected clause being replaced by a legally valid provision of equivalent effect.

We reserve the right to close the account or reject new orders from anyone who violates these terms. This measure will not affect orders already processed and dispatched.

These terms, the policies referenced herein, and the purchase confirmation constitute the entire contractual supply agreement. If versions exist in other languages, the text corresponding to the language of the website where the order was placed will prevail.
